Sub. Registration of Players for the current year

Dear All,

The Registration Portal for Players Registration for the current year will be opened from 1st October, 2023. As per norms Registration from 1st October to 30th November is without fine. However, it has been noticed that re-submission of corrected Forms are uploaded even on 30th November. Please appreciate that for functioning properly, it is suggested that Forms where re-submission is required due to earlier error, those should be re-submitted within 26th November so that further process of checking is done and Registration is completed on or before 30th November without fine.

1. If re-submitted Form is received after 26th November, then the same will be taken up in the 1st week of December and Fine will be imposed.

2. For the registration between 1st December to 31st December with fine, Players Registration Forms are to be uploaded on or before 27th December so that same could be checked properly and Registration process could be completed by 31st December.

3. Alongwiththe submission of New Forms and Renewal of Registration, Registration Fees should be deposited in WBBA Account simultaneously as per submission.

4. Re-submission of Forms will be allowed twice only.

5. If any Affiliated Unit wants to upload Registration Document for individualin PDF Format, the entire documents should be in Single PDF File Format and the PDF File Format Size should not be more than 1 MB. In case of JPG File Format, multiple pages can be uploaded but the file size should not exceed 100 KB. Scanned documents should be 100% visibly clear.

6. For ID Cards, please upload Passport size photograph with White Background, please upload recent Passport size photograph within 100 KB file size.

7. Please do not upload the documents in Mixed format i.e. with PDF and JPG.

8. Birth Certificate should be attested by the same Competent Authority or Notary Public with same date.

It is earnestly requested that before submission, please scrutinize all the papers very carefully so that the Registration of Players could be done hastlefree.
