Sub:     W. B. Sub - Junior State Ranking (U-13 & U-15 Years Age Group) Badminton Tournament in the Memory of Late Dindayal Kalyani & Late Sagarmal Kalyani to be held in the Indoor Stadium of Uttar Dinajpur Badminton Association, Raiganj from 27^th March to 31^st March, 2025

Dear Sir,

We are pleased to inform you that W.B. Sub - Junior State Ranking (U-13 & U-15 Years Age Group) Badminton tournament in the Memory of Late Dindayal Kalyani & Late Sagarmal Kalyani will be held in the Indoor Stadium of Uttar Dinajpur Badminton Association, Bandar Kalibari Road, Raiganj from 27^th March to 31^st March, 2025 organised by Uttar Dinajpur Badminton Association supported by West Bengal Badminton Association.  Please also note that for the first Two (2) days i.e. 27^th & 28^th March, 2025 matches will also be held in the Sports Complex, Karnajora, Uttar Dinajpur.

You are requested to send the entries to WBBA through Online Entry Portal only of the Registered Players of your District on or before 20^th March, 2025.  No Offline entries will be accepted.

Following Events will be organised:

The Entry Fees of Rs. 1000/- for Singles & Rs. 2000/- for Doubles may be transferred through online to “Uttar Dinajpur Badminton Association”, A/C. No. 0937000100004747, IFSC Code No: PUNB0093700, Bank Name: Punjab National Bank, Raiganj Branch OR by A/C. payee cheque / DD in the name of “Uttar Dinajpur Badminton Association” OR cash may be deposited in the office of WBBA from 12 Noon to 5 P.M. (Working days only).  Entry fees to be deposited by Affiliated Units only.

Please note the following:

1)         Players who have not paid Administrative Fees for non-participation / withdrawal from All India Ranking Tournaments as well as for non-participation in WBBA Tournaments, no entry for such Players will be accepted for WBBA Tournaments as well as for All India Ranking Tournaments.

2)           The tournament will be conducted as per BAI/WBBA rules.

3)           An event with less than six (6) entries will be cancelled.

4)           If any player deposit the entry fees directly to WBBA’s A/c, the same will not be considered and forfeited

5)      The Tournament Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry if incomplete.

6)           Code of conduct will be strictly followed.

7)           Last Date of Withdrawal:  Friday the 21^st March, 2025

8)           A player cannot participate in more than Two (2) Events.

9)       Yonex/Sunrise being our equipment Sponsor, no other Sports Manufacturing Company will be allowed to display banners or put up stall in the hall and also within 200 Mtr. of the venue.

10)         Fixture will be drawn at the venue on 26^th March, 2025 in presence of Players and Organisers.
