Sub:      West Bengal Junior State Ranking Badminton Tournament (U-17 & U-19 Years Age Group) to be held in the Sidhu Kanu Indoor Stadium, Durgapur from 24^th to 29^th January, 2025

                                               PRIZE MONEY : RS. 1,70,000/-

Dear Sir,

We are pleased to inform you that “West Bengal Junior State Ranking Badminton Tournament (U-17 & U-19 Years Age Group)” will be held from 24^th January to 29^th January, 2025 in the Sidhu Kanu Indoor Stadium, Durgapur to be organized by Paschim Bardhaman District Badminton Association supported by West Bengal Badminton Association.

You are requested to send the entries to WBBA through Online Entry Portal only of the Registered Players of your District on or before Friday the 17^th January, 2025. No Offline entries will be accepted.

Following Events will be organised:

The Entry Fees of Rs. 1000/- for Singles & Rs. 2000/- for Doubles may be transferred through online to “Paschim Bardhaman District Badminton Association”, Bank Name: Punjab National Bank, A/C. No: 1490010150415, IFSC Code No: PUNB0149020, Branch: Amarabati Defence Colony OR cash may be deposited in the office of WBBA from 12 Noon to 5 P.M. (Working days only).

Please note the following:

1)         Players who have not paid Administrative Fees for non-participation / withdrawal from All India Ranking Tournaments as well as for non-participation in WBBA Tournaments, no entry for such Players will be accepted for WBBA Tournaments as well as for All India Ranking Tournaments.

2)           The tournament will be conducted as per BAI/WBBA rules.

3)           An event with less than six (6) entries will be cancelled.

4)           If any player deposit the entry fees directly to WBBA’s A/c, the same will not be considered and forfeited

5)      The Tournament Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry if incomplete.

6)           Code of conduct will be strictly followed.

7)           Last Date of Withdrawal:  Saturday the18^th January, 2025

8)           A player cannot participate in more than Two (2) Events.

9)       Yonex/Sunrise being our equipment Sponsor, no other Sports Manufacturing Company will be allowed to display banners or put up stall in the hall and also within 200 Mtr. of the venue.

10)         Fixture will be drawn at the venue on 23^rd January, 2025 in presence of Players and Organisers.
