The Disciplinary Committee of the Association after detailed deliberations, by reasoned decisions dated 03/07/2017 held both Sri Rajdeep Mitra & Sri Koushik Pal guilty of committing serious indiscipline and gross misconduct and imposed “suspension” of One Tournament or Championship, whichever is earlier from the date of interim sanction and “Fine” of Rs.10,000/= and Rs.5,000/= respectively to be paid within a period of not exceeding 7 (Seven) days from the date of communication of the decisions and in default suspension to continue till such payment, from taking part or be present in the Arena of any Tournament, Championship or Event of the West Bengal Badminton Association or held under its aegis.
