In the Council Meting held on 27th September, 2016 it has been unanimously decided that :

Effective from 1st October 2016 Player’s Annual Registration Fee shall be Rs.200/= (Rupees Two Hundred) only for each Player. While Every Player shall be compulsively required to register/renew registration with the Association between 1st October and the working hours of 30th November every year, registration may be permitted till 31st December of the same year against payment of “Late Fee” of Rs.200/= (Rupees Two Hundred) in addition to the Registration Fee, as above.

While WBBA would continue to provide “Tickets” for the “Bengal Team” for participations in Team Championships, but for participations in “Individual National Championships”, like Sub-Junior, Junior and Senior, WBBA with immediate effect shall pay actual amount of both ways AC III Tier Train Fare to the Team Members (so as to purchase necessary Train Tickets on their own) in addition to Rs.300/= L/S for shorter distance travel and/or Rs.500/= L/S for longer distance travel towards fooding expenses. The Players shall, however be responsible to report to the Manager at the Venue One day” before the commencement of the Tournaments and collect the necessary ‘fare values’, as above from the Manager.

Prize Money for Under 9 and Under 11 Tournaments and Championships shall be Rs.35,000/- instead of existing Rs.20,000/= and Prize Money shall be provided from Semi-Final Stages.

Prize Money for Inter-District Championships shall stand increased to Rs.35,000/= from existing Rs.25,000/=. The Winner to receive Rs.20,000/= and the Runner Up Rs.15,000/-.
