COMPLIANCE OF THE RULES & CODE OF CONDUCT

FOR ALL FORTHCOMING EVENTS, EVERYONE (Office Bearers, Authorised representatives of the Council Members, Affiliated Members, their Officials and affiliated Clubs, Players, Umpires, Coaches, Match Officials, Managers and/or other Officials either registered with and/or appointed by the Association)SHALL BE BOUND BY THE CODE OF CONDUCT AS NOTIFIED AS ALSO THE APPLICABLE RULES.

EVERYONE IS, THEREFORE, REQUESTED TO ENSURE FAITHFUL COMPLIANCES OF EVERY REQUIREMENTS, WITHOUT ANY DEVIATION.

AS PER DECISION OF THE COUNCIL DATED 28/5/2016, FOLLOWING, AMONGST OTHERS, HAVE BECOME APPLICABLE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT: 

1.      ENTRY FEES FOR JR. (9/11, U-13, 15, 17 & 19) & SENIOR EVENTS

 

IN JUNIOR EVENTS

SINGLES          RS.  300/-

DOUBLES        RS. 500/- 

 

IN SENIOR EVENTS

SINGLES          RS. 400/-

DOUBLES        RS. 700/- 

 

2.   ENTRY FEES FOR VETERANS SELECTION TRIAL

 

FOR SINGLES EVENT    =          RS.       500/-

FOR DOUBLES EVENT  =          RS.       1000/-

 

3        INCREASE OF PRIZE MONEY

 

JR. GROUP EVENT (U-13 & 15) OR  U-17 & 19 IF DONE COMBIEND

 

        Rs. 70,000/- Minimum                         Rs. 1,00,000/- Maximum

 

SR. GROUP EVENT

        Rs. 60,000/- Minimum                         Rs. 1,00,000/- Maximum

 

4.     At present Rs. 500/- per day are paid to the Current Bengal Players for the numbers of days of participation in outstation Events where the Organisers are not providing free Boarding & Lodging. Henceforth, Rs.500/- for “One additional Day to be paid to the current Bengal Players. 

 However, as decided and notified earlier in case of current players playing Ranking Tournaments / State Championships at their residential places where accommodation is not required, the fooding expenses @ Rs. 200/- per day per playermay be given, alternatively the players will have to be provided fooding for the number of days of participation.

 

PLAYERS INTENDING TO LEAVE BEFORE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE DATES

Any Player selected in "Bengal Team" for participation in Sub–Junior, Junior, Senior Nationals and East Zone Inter State Championship decides to leave/depart the Tournament Venue, on his/her own, prior to the scheduled date of departure as per “Reserved Booking” by the WBBA, shall be compulsively required to reimburse the Association the entire costs of the Return Ticket purchased by the Association forthwith on demand. Any defaulting Player shall not be entitled to participate in any subsequent Tournament and names of such defaulter(s) shall be put up in the Website.

 

6. LUMP SUM AMOUNT TO BE GIVEN TO PARTICIPATING DISTRICTS IN INTER DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIP

 Rs.8000/= to each participating Districts including organising District towards fooding allowances be given for the current year.

 

REMUNERATION TO TECHNICAL OFFICIALS

At present Technical Officials when posted outside their residence are being paid remuneration for the number of days of the tournament + 2 days extra. Henceforth only “One additional Day to be paid similar to Current Bengal Players as per present BAI norms.

 

Umpires remuneration be increased to Rs. 500/- (inclusive of Rs.125/- as conveyance expenses). However, Umpires required travelling outside will get Rs. 375/- + allowances, such as AC 3 Tier fare + incidental expenses as per existing norms. 

Referees remuneration be Rs. 550/- (inclusive of conveyance charges of Rs.125/-) and remunerations of the Dy. Referee will be Rs. 525/- (inclusive of conveyance charges of Rs. 125/-). 

  While Observer will get at par with Referee, Umpires Coordinator will get at par with Dy. Referee.
