Dear All,
You are please aware that a most modern and scientific and State of the Art Sports Medicine Centre has been made by Government of West Bengal at S.S.K.M. Hospital, Kolkata.
We are very happy to inform you that our Hon’ble Sports Minister, Sri Aroop Biswas have informed to all the Sports Associations that Players of all the Sports Disciplines can avail the facilities in the Sports Medicine Centre, free of cost for recovery of any injury.
We are enclosing herewith a Form which is to be filled up by the Player/s concerned for injury or for fitness test at the Sports Medicine Centre at S.S.K.M Hospital, Kolkata. You may circulate this amongst all the Players of your District to avail the facility as and when required.
