While the Disciplinary Committee in the subject Complaint included a Lady Member in the Committee based on submissions so made considering the complaint by a Minor Girl Player and after hearing imposed Sanction of 2 years ban on Sri Arintap Dasgupta, in the Appeal filed by Sri Dasgupta, the Learned Arbitrators by reasoned Award dated 13/2/2020 held that as the Disciplinary Committee was improperly constituted beyond the Constitutional provisions of 3 Members, its decision dated 22.10.2019 stands revoked with liberty upon WBBA to have the Disciplinary Committee constituted as per the Constitution hear de novo the subject case afresh. 

Therefore, until further fresh hearing, suspension upon Sri Arintap Dasgupta stands revoked.
