Sub:    Under-9/11 Years Age Group (Talent Hunt) State Badminton Championship (Boys’ & Girls”) to be held in the Indoor Hall of “Star Badminton Academy”, Harinavi, Kolkata from 26^th September to 28^th September, 2022

PRIZE MONEY: RS. 40,000/-

Dear Sir,

We are pleased to inform you that we shall be organizing “U-9/11 Years Age Group (Talent Hunt) State Badminton Championship (Boys’ & Girls”) in the Indoor Hall of “Star Badminton Academy”, 69, D. N. Street, Harinavi, Kolkata – 700148 from 26^th September to 28^th September, 2022.

For your ready reference, we are giving below location details of “Star Badminton Academy”:

1)        From Nazrul Metro Station (Garia Bazar) to Harinavi more is approximately 7 Km. through N.S.C. Bose Road

2)        From Harinavi more the Academy is approximately 800 Mtr.

3)        From Subhasgram Railway Station the Academy is approximately 1.5 Km.

You are requested to send the entries to WBBA through Online Entry Portal only of the Registered Players of your District on or before 19^th September, 2022.  No Offline entries will be accepted.

Following Events will be organised:

The Entry Fees of Rs. 600/- per event may be transferred through online to “West Bengal Badminton Association”, A/C. No. 33016869887, IFSC Code No: SBIN0007679, Bank Name : State Bank of India, New Garia (Srinagar) Branch OR by A/C. payee cheque / DD in the name of “West Bengal Badminton Association” OR cash may be deposited in the office of WBBA from 12 Noon to 5 P.M. (Working days only).

Entry fees must be deposited by 20^th September, 2022 positively and the deposit confirmation slip mailed to the Hony. Treasurer as otherwise entry will not be accepted.

Please take care while sending the entries considering the following decisions:

1)        In the event of any withdrawal or non participation by a Player in any Previous Tournament, after draw is finalized and notified, the concerned player shall be compulsively required to pay Rs. 1000/- to the West Bengal Badminton Association before sending the entries.

2)        The Tournament will be conducted as per BAI/WBBA rules.

3)        An event with less than Six (6) entries will be cancelled.

4)        Code of conduct will be strictly followed.

5)        Last date of withdrawal is 20^th September, 2022

6)      Yonex/Sunrise being our equipment Sponsor, no other Sports Manufacturing Company will be allowed to display banners or put up stall in the hall and also within 200 Mtr. of the venue.
