Sub:     Registration of WBBA Players for WBBA ID and BAI ID

Dear All,

We have been receiving various queries regarding players’ registration for acquiring WBBA ID and BAI ID.  For your ease of reference, we give below the details which may please be circulated to all concerned:

Born on or after 2010 and Registered in the same year, following documents will be required:

1.         Birth Certificate (Notarised)

2.         Aadhar Card of the Player

3.         Bonafide Certificate from School

4.         Affidavit in Rs. 50/- Stamp paper (Notarised)

5.         Form

Born before 2010 but not registered in the same year, following documents will be required:

1.         Birth Certificate of Player (Notarised)

2.         Medical Form

3.         Aadhar Card of the Player

4.         Bonafide Certificate from School

5.         Affidavit in Rs. 50/- Stamp paper (Notarised)

6.         Form

Born after 2010 and not registered within one year, following documents will be required:

1.         Birth Certificate of Player (Notarised)

2.         Medical Form

3.         Aadhar Card of the Player

4.         Bonafide Certificate from School

5.         School record (Marksheet)from KG to current or TC from Previous School

6.         Affidavit in Rs. 50/- Stamp paper (Notarised)

7.         Form

8.         Aadhar Card of Father & Mother

9.         Vaccination / Immunisation record of the player or Hospital Discharge Reports during Birth.
