Organised by:  Purulia District Badminton Association affiliated to West Bengal Badminton Association

Dear Sir,

We are pleased to inform you that Purulia District Badminton Association affiliated to West Bengal Badminton Association will be organising “West Bengal Sub- Jr. & Jr. State Ranking Badminton Tournament will be held in the Indoor Badminton Hall of Purulia District Badminton Association from 23^rd to 27^th December, 2018.

You are requested to send the entries along with entry fees of the Registered Players of your District with ID Number & Date of Birth (as per format given earlier) on or before  Thursday the 13^th December, 2018 (before 5 P.M.).  Cheque/DD will be drawn in favour of “PURULIA DISTRICT BADMINTON ASSOCIATION”

Following Events will be Organised:

Entry Fees will be Rs. 400/- for Singles and Rs. 600/- for Doubles.

The Contact Persons of the Organisers’s side are Sri Abhijit Banerjee (9232720687) & Sri Manjar Hussain Please take care while sending the entries considering the following decisions:

1)    Districts forwarding names for Doubles partnering players from other Districts should have NOC or otherwise names of same pair should come from both the Districts, failing which the entry will not be considered and the entry fee will not be refunded.          

2)     Entry fee forwarded with wrong age group will stand forfeited and if the concerned Districts intend to change the age group to other appropriate group, additional Entry Fee has to be paid.  In the event of any withdrawal or non participation by a Player in any Tournament, after draw is finalised and notified, the concerned player shall be compulsively required to pay Rs. 500/- to the Association before participating in the next Tournament as per due list displayed in the website.

3)         A Player cannot participate in more than three (3) events.

The Organiser will pay Rs. 500/- per Player per day towards Fooding & Lodging expenses to the Current Bengal Players (Outstation) for the Number of days of participation plus One day extra.  Please book the accommodation due to winter rush in Purulia.

Please note the following:

1) The Tournament Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry if incomplete.

                2)  An event with less than Six (6) entries will be cancelled

                3) The Tournament will be conducted as per BAI/WBBA rules.

4)Code of conduct has already been circulated and given in our website will be strictly followed.

5)Last Date of Withdrawal Saturday the 15^th December, 2018 (Before 5 P.M.).

6)List of Hotels with Contact Nos. are given in our website  (Notification column).
