Sub:     Under 9 & 11 Years Age Group (Talent Hunt) State Badminton Championship  to be held at Star Badminton Academy, Harinavi, Kolkata from 27^th August to 30^th August, 2024.

Organised by:  West Bengal Badminton Association.

                        PRIZE MONEY :         RS. 60,000/-

Dear Sir,

We are pleased to inform you that Under 9 & 11 Years Age Group (Talent Hunt) State Badminton Championship  will be held at Star Badminton Academy, Harinavi, Kolkata from 27^th August to 30^th August, 2024, Organised by : West Bengal Badminton Association.

You are requested to send the entries to WBBA through Online Entry Portal only of the Registered Players of your District on or before 19^th August, 2024.  No Offline entries will be accepted.

Following Events will be organised:

The Entry Fees of Rs. 800/- for Singles & Rs. 1500/- for Doubles may be transferred through online to “West Bengal Badminton Association”, A/c. No.33016869887, IFSC Code No. SBIN0007679, Bank Name : State Bank of India, New Garia (Srinagar) Branch OR by A/c. payee cheque / DD in the name of “West Bengal Badminton Association” OR cash may be deposited in the office of WBBA from 12 Noon to 5 P.M. (Working days only). Entry fees to be deposited by Affiliated Units only. Any entry fees forwarded by any player will be forfeited.

Please note the following:

1)      Players who have not paid Administrative Fees for non-participation / withdrawal from All India Ranking Tournaments as well as for non-participation in WBBA Tournaments, no entry for such Players will be accepted for WBBA Tournaments as well as for All India Ranking Tournaments, as decided.

2)        The tournament will be conducted as per BAI/WBBA rules.

3)        An event with less than six (6) entries will be cancelled.

4)      In the event of any dispute during the Tournament, the decision of the Tournament Referee will be final.

5)        Code of conduct will be strictly followed.

6)        Last Date of Withdrawal:  20^th August, 2024.

7)        A player cannot participate in more than Two (2) Events.

8)      Yonex/Sunrise being our equipment Sponsor, no other Sports Manufacturing Company will be allowed to display banners or put up stall in the hall and also within 200 Mtr. of the venue.

9)        Fixture will be drawn at the venue on 26^th August, 2024 in presence of Players and Organisers.
