You are earnestly requested to circulate the under mentioned Notification to all the registered Players of your District at the earliest.

“It has been informed that without prior approval and consent of the Association in writing, a few Players & Umpires registered with the Association are participating and/or intending to participate in Tournaments & Event, not approved by the Association. They are hereby reminded of Rule 25(g) and 27 (v) of the Rules of the Association read with Section 5 & 6 of the ‘Code of Ethics’, which debars such participation, assistances or otherwise.”
