Dear Sirs,

 

We have been receiving requests from various parents of age group players of (U-13/15/17/19) that they want their children to stay with them during various Nationals so that they can take care of various needs of their Children. 

 

The matter was discussed in length in the Council meeting of 25^th October, 2019 and it was decided that age group players of U-13/15/17/19 will be allowed to stay with their guardians, if they so desire at their own cost during various Nationals including East Zone Championship.  However, players / guardians should intimate the same in advance to the Association within Seven (7) days of selection of players by Selection Committee and notified in website and they will be required to report at the match venues as will be directed by the Managers and Coaches.  Association will reimburse To & Fro from Kolkata AC 3 Tier Railway fare to the players concerned through the Managers plus fooding expenses as per norms.
