Dear Sir,
We are pleased to inform you that 84th West Bengal Sub – Junior State Badminton Championship (U-13/15 Years Age Group Boys’ & Girls’ Singles & Doubles) will be held from 23rd August to 27th August, 2022 in the Birbhum Indoor Stadium, Suri, Birbhum from 23rd August to 27th August, 2022 organised by Birbhum District Sports Association in association with West Bengal Badminton Association.
You are requested to send the entries to WBBA through Online Entry Portal only of the Registered Players of your District on or before 16th August, 2022. No Offline entries will be accepted.

The Entry Fees of Rs. 600/-
for Singles & Rs. 1000/- for Doubles may be transferred through online to “West
Bengal Badminton Associationâ€, A/C. No. 33016869887, IFSC Code No: SBIN0007679,
Bank Name : State Bank of India, New Garia (Srinagar) Branch OR by A/C. payee
cheque / DD in the name of “West Bengal Badminton Association†OR cash may be
deposited in the office of WBBA from 12 Noon to 5 P.M. (Working days only).
Entry fees must be deposited by 17th August, 2022 positively and the deposit confirmation slip mailed to the Hony. Treasurer as otherwise entry will not be accepted.

Please note the following:
1) The Players must have participated in a minimum of 50% State Ranking Tournaments and in default the concerned player shall not be eligible to participate in State Championship.
2) For participation in Sub-Jr. State Championship, the Players should win at least “One round†in one of the Sub-Jr. State Ranking Tournaments in the respective events organized by WBBA prior to the State Championships.
3) The Tournament Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry if incomplete.
4) The Tournament will be conducted as per BAI / WBBA rules
5) Code of conduct will be strictly followed.
6) Date of Withdrawal: 17th August, 2022
7) A player cannot participate in more than Two (2) Events.
8) In the event of any withdrawal or non participation by a Player in any Previous Tournament, after draw is finalized and notified, the concerned player shall be compulsively required to pay Rs. 750/- to the West Bengal Badminton Association before sending the entries.
9) Yonex/Sunrise being our equipment Sponsor, no other Sports Manufacturing Company will be allowed to display banners or put up stall in the hall and also within 200 Mtr. of the venue.
10) Organiser will get Two (2) Wild Card entries in each event.
