Sub:    W.B. Sr. State Ranking Badminton Tournament to be held in the Indoor Hall of Mahadesh Parishad, Vivekananda Road, Nabagram, Konnagar – 712246 from 13^th May to 16^th May, 2022 organised by Hooghly District Badminton Association supported by West Bengal Badminton Association

                                    Prize Money: Rs. 1, 00,000/-

Dear Sir,

Please note that “ W.B. Senior State Ranking Badminton Tournament” which will be held from 13^th May to 16^th May, 2022 in the Indoor Hall of Mahadesh Parishad,  Vivekananda Road, Nabagram, Konnagar – 712246 (Near Nabagram Co-Operative Bank) organised by Hooghly District Badminton Association supported by West Bengal Badminton Association.

Please also note that Tournament Committee in its meeting on 22^nd April, 2022 have decided that this Senior State Ranking Badminton Tournament will also be conducted as “Part of 8^th Netaji Subhas State Games under Bengal Olympic Association”.

You are requested to send the entries to the undersigned through Online Portal only of the Registered Players of your District on or before 4^th May, 2022.  No Offline entries will be accepted.

MIXED DOUBLES

The Entry Fees of Rs. 600/- for Singles & Rs. 1000/- for Doubles may be transferred through online to “HOOGHLY DISTRICT BADMINTON ASSOCIATION”, A/C No: 50027866002, IFSC Code: IDIB000B553, Bank Name: Indian Bank, Baidyabati Branch OR by A/C. Payee Cheque / DD in the name of “HOOGHLY DISTRICT BADMINTON ASSOCIATION” OR Cash may be deposited in the Office of WBBA from 12 Noon to 5 P.M. (Working days only).

Entry fees must be deposited by 6^th May, 2022 positively and the deposit confirmation slip mailed to the Hony. Treasurer as otherwise entry will not be accepted.

Please  note the following:

1)           The Tournament will be conducted as per BAI/WBBA rules.

2)           Code of conduct will be strictly followed.

3)           Date of withdrawal:   6^th May, 2022

4)           A Player cannot participate in more than two (2) events.

5)       LIVE Telecast of matches will be done through YOU TUBE as per the Link given in the website.

6)        In the event of any withdrawal or non participation by a Player in any Tournament, after draw is finalized and notified, the concerned player shall be compulsively required to pay Rs. 750/- to the Association before participating in the next Tournament.

7)      Non participation fees must be paid to WBBA before sending the entries as per list given in WBBA website, as otherwise entry will not be accepted.

8)           Yonex/Sunrise being our equipment Sponsor, no other Sports Manufacturing Company will be allowed to display banners or put up stall within 200 Mtr. of the venue.
