Sub:     West Bengal Senior State Ranking Badminton Tournament to be held at Indoor Stadium of Uttar Dinajpur Badminton Association, Raiganj  from 1^st April to 4^th April, 2024.

Dear Sir,

As already notified, please note that Uttar Dinajpur Badminton Association will be organising West Bengal Senior State Ranking Badminton Tournament to be held at Indoor Stadium of Uttar Dinajpur Badminton Association,  Raiganj from 1^st April to 4^th April, 2024.

You are requested to send the entries to W.B.B.A. through online Portal only of the registered Players of your District on or before 23^rd March, 2024. No offline entries will be accepted.

Following Events will be organised:

1)           MEN’S SINGLES

2)           WOMEN’S SINGLES

3)           MEN’S DOUBLES

4)           WOMEN’S DOUBLES

5)           MIXED DOUBLES

The Entry Fees of Rs.800/- for Singles and Rs.1500/- for Doubles per event may be transferred through online to “Uttar Dinajpur Badminton Association”, A/c. No.0937000100004747, IFSC Code No. PUNB0093700, Bank Name: Punjab National Bank, Raiganj Branch OR by A/c. payee cheque / DD in the name of “Uttar Dinajpur Badminton Association” OR cash may be deposited in the office of WBBA from 12 Noon to 5 P.M. (Working days only).

Please take care while sending entries considering the flowing decisions:

1.       In the event of any withdrawal or non-participation by a Player in any previous Tournament after the draw is finalized and notified the concerned player shall be compulsively required to pay Rs.1000/- to the West Bengal Badminton Association before sending the entries.

2.       The tournament will be conducted as per BAI/WBBA rules.

3.       An event with less than six (6) entries will be cancelled.

4.       The Tournament Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry if incomplete.

5.       Code of conduct will be strictly followed.

6.       Last date of withdrawal is 24^th March, 2024.

7.       A player cannot participate in more than Two (2) Events.

8.       Yonex/Sunrise being our equipment sponsor, no other sports Manufacturing company will be allowed to display banners or put-up stall in the hall and also within 200 Mtrs. of the venue.

9.       Fixture will be drawn at the venue on 31^st March, 2024 in presence of Players and Organisers in the Indoor Stadium of Uttar Dinajpur Badminton Association, Raiganj.
