Bholanath Nandy Lane, P.O: Santragachi, Howrah – 711104  from 23^rd October to 26^th October, 2024  Organised by:  Howrah District Sports Association supported by West Bengal Badminton Association

                        PRIZE MONEY :         RS. 60,000/-

Dear Sir,

We are pleased to inform you that Under-9 & U-11 Years Age Group (Talent Hunt) Badminton Tournament will be held from 23^rd October to 26^th October, 2024 in the Indoor Hall of Batore Bayam Samity, 13/3 & 15/2, Bholanath Nandy Lane, P.O: Santragachi, Howrah – 711104 to be organised by Howrah District Sports Association supported by West Bengal Badminton Association.

You are requested to send the entries to WBBA through Online Entry Portal only of the Registered Players of your District on or before 17^th October, 2024.  No Offline entries will be accepted.

Following Events will be organised:

The Entry Fees of Rs. 1000/- for Singles & Rs. 2000/- for Doubles may be transferred through online to “Batore Bayam Samity”, A/c. No. 10020100001920, IFSC Code No.  UCBAORRBPBG, Bank Name : Paschim Banga Gramin Bank, Howrah Branch  OR by A/c. payee cheque / DD in the name of “Howrah District Sports Association” OR cash may be deposited in the office of WBBA from 12 Noon to 5 P.M. (Working days only).

Please note the following:

1)      Players who have not paid Administrative Fees for non-participation / withdrawal from All India Ranking Tournaments as well as for non-participation in WBBA Tournaments, entries for such Players will not be accepted for WBBA Tournaments as well as for All India Ranking Tournaments.

2)        The tournament will be conducted as per BAI/WBBA rules.

3)        An event with less than six (6) entries will be cancelled.

4)      In the event of any dispute during the Tournament, the decision of the Tournament Referee will be final.

5)        Code of conduct will be strictly followed.

6)        Last Date of Withdrawal:  18^th October, 2024

7)        A player cannot participate in more than Two (2) Events.

8)      Yonex/Sunrise being our equipment Sponsor, no other Sports Manufacturing Company will be allowed to display banners or put up stall in the hall and also within 200 Mtr. of the venue.

9)        Fixture will be drawn at the venue on 22^nd October, 2024 in presence of Players and Organisers.
