Sub:      West Bengal Junior State Ranking Badminton Tournament (U-17/19 Years Age Group) to be held in the Mini Indoor Stadium of Jalpaiguri Indoor Games Players’ Association, Jalpaiguri from 30^th April to 4^th May, 2024

Organised by: Jalpaiguri Indoor Games Players’ Association under JDBA supported by West Bengal Badminton Association

                                PRIZE MONEY : RS. 1,60,000/-

Dear Sir,

We are pleased to inform you that “West Bengal Junior State Ranking Badminton Tournament (U-17/19 Years Age Group)” will be held from 30^th April to 4^th May, 2024 in the Mini Indoor Stadium of JIGPA, Silpasamiti Para, Jalpaiguri to be organized by Jalpaiguri Indoor Games Players’ Association UNDER JDBA supported by West Bengal Badminton Association.

You are requested to send the entries to WBBA through Online Entry Portal only of the Registered Players of your District on or before Monday the 22^nd April, 2024. No Offline entries will be accepted.

Following Events will be organised:

The Entry Fees of Rs. 800/- for Singles & Rs. 1500/- for Doubles may be transferred through online to Jalpaiguri Indoor Games Players’ Association, A/C. No. 0790210030056, IFSC Code: PUNB0079020, Bank Name: Punjab National Bank, Branch Name: Maskalaibari OR by A/c. payee cheque / DD in the name of “Jalpaiguri Indoor Games Players’ Association” OR cash may be deposited in the office of WBBA from 12 Noon to 5 P.M. (Working days only).

Please note the following:

1)          Players who have not paid Administrative Fees for non – participation / withdrawal from All India Ranking Tournaments as well as for non participation in WBBA Tournaments, with immediate effect no entry for such players will be accepted for WBBA Tournaments as well as for All India Ranking Tournaments. 

2)           The tournament will be conducted as per BAI/WBBA rules.

3)           An event with less than six (6) entries will be cancelled.

4)      The Tournament Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry if incomplete.

5)           Code of conduct will be strictly followed.

6)           Last Date of Withdrawal:  23^rd April, 2024

7)           A player cannot participate in more than Two (2) Events.

8)       Yonex/Sunrise being our equipment Sponsor, no other Sports Manufacturing Company will be allowed to display banners or put up stall in the hall and also within 200 Mtr. of the venue.

9)           Fixture will be drawn at the venue on 29^th April, 2024 in presence of Players and Organisers.
