Sub: Important decisions of the Tournament Committee held on 8th
April, 2024
Dear All,
Please note
that in the Tournament Committee Meeting held on 8th April, 2024
following decisions were taken:
1. For participation in various State Championships (except U-9/11 Years
Age Group Tournaments), a Player / pair has to participate in 50% of the State
Ranking Tournaments irrespective of any event.
It means if a player participate in any event in Ranking Tournaments, he
/ she will be eligible to participate in the respective State Championships.
2. Players who have not submitted Administrative Fees for non –
participation / withdrawal from All India Ranking Tournaments as well as for
non participation in WBBA Tournaments, with immediate effect no entry for such
players will be accepted for WBBA Tournaments as well as for All India Ranking
Tournaments.
3. During
Rankings / State Championships, due to delay, if any match is announced by the
Referee after 9 P.M., a Lump sum amount of Rs. 300/- to each T.O will have to be paid for that day
by the Organisers.
4. Organisers
for Rankings / State Championships have to engage a Physio at the venue for all
the days of the Tournaments.
