Sub.       Under 9/11 Years Age Group (Talent Hunt) Badminton Tournament will be held in the Indoor Hall of Star Badminton Academy, Harinavi, Kolkata from 19^th Marchto 22^nd March, 2024.

Dear Sir,

Please note that due to some unavoidable circumstances Purulia Badminton Association will not be able to organize U-9/11 Years Age Group Tournament in the month of March, 2024. In consultation with all concerned it has been decided to conduct the“U-9/11 Years Age Group (Talent Hunt) Badminton Tournament” in the Indoor Hall of “Star Badminton Academy”, 69, D. N. Street, Harinavi, Kolkata – 700 0148 from 19^th March to 22^nd March, 2024.

You are requested to send the entries to W.B.B.A. through online Portal only of the registered Players of your District on or before 13^th March, 2024.No offline entries will be accepted.

Following Events will be organized:

The Entry Fees of Rs.800/- for Singles and Rs.1500/- for Doubles may be transferred through online to “West Bengal Badminton Association”, A/c. No.33016869887, IFSC Code No.SBIN0007679, Bank Name : State Bank of India, New Garia (Srinagar) Branch OR by A/c. payee cheque / DD in the name of “West Bengal Badminton Association” OR cash may be deposited in the office of WBBA from 12 Noon to 5 P.M. (Working days only).

Please take care while sending entries considering the flowing decisions:

1.       In the event of any withdrawal or non-participation by a Player in any previous Tournament after the draw is finalized and notified the concerned player shall be compulsively required to pay Rs.1000/- to the West Bengal Badminton Association before sending the entries.

2.       1,  The tournament will be conducted as per BAI/WBBA rules.

3.      2.   An event with less than six (6) entries will be cancelled.

4.       3.  The Tournament Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry if incomplete.

5.      4.   Code of conduct will be strictly followed.

6.       5.  Last date of withdrawal is 14^th March, 2024.

7.       6.  A player cannot participate in more than Two (2) Events.

8.       7.  Yonex/Sunrise being our equipment sponsor, no other sports Manufacturing Company will be allowed to display banners or put up stall in the hall and also within 200 Mtrs. of the venue.

9.      8.   Fixture will be drawn at the venue on 18^th March, 2024 in presence of Players and Organizers at Star Badminton Academy, Harinavi, Kolkata.
