Sub:      West Bengal Sub-Jr. & Jr. State Ranking Badminton Tournament (U-13/15/17/19 Years Age Group Boys & Girls) to be organised by Hooghly District Badminton Association in association with West Bengal Badminton Association from 21^st to 26^th March, 2021 in the Indoor Hall of Mahadesh Parishad, Rabindra Bhavan – Vivekananda Road, Nabagram, Hooghly – 712246 and in the Indoor Badminton Hall of Sree Sree Sarodamoni Prothisthan Club, Nabagram “C” Block, Konnagar, Hooghly – 712246

Dear Sir,

We are pleased to inform you that Hooghly District Badminton Association in association with West Bengal Badminton Association will be organising “West Bengal Sub – Jr. & Jr. State Ranking Badminton Tournament” from 21^st March to 26^th March, 2021 in the Indoor Hall of Mahadesh Parishad, Rabindra Bhavan – Vivekananda Road, Nabagram, Hooghly – 712246 and in the Indoor Badminton Hall of Sree Sree Sarodamoni Prothisthan Club, Nabagram “C” Block, Konnagar, Hooghly – 712246.

You are requested to send the entries along with entry fees of the Registered Players of your District with ID Numbers on or before 11^th March, 2021 (before 5 P.M.).  Entry Fees may be transferred through online in Hooghly District Badminton Association A/C. No. 50027866002, IFSC No. IDIB000B553, MICR 700019193, Branch Code: 4044 Bank Name:  Indian Bank / A/c Payee Cheque / DD in favour of Hooghly District Badminton Association

Following Events will be organised:

Entry Fees will be Rs. 500/- Per Event.

Please take care while sending the entries considering the following decisions:

1)        Entry Fee forwarded with wrong age group will stand forfeited and if the concerned Districts intend to change the age group to other appropriate group, additional entry fees has to be paid.  In the event of any withdrawal or non participation by a Player in any Tournament after the draw is finalised and notified, the concerned player shall be compulsively required to pay Rs. 750/- to the Association before participating in the next Tournament as per due list displayed in the website. 

2)           A Player cannot participate in more than Two (2) Events.

Please note the following:

i)            The Tournament Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry if incomplete.

ii)           An event with less than Six (6) entries will be cancelled.

iii)         The Tournament will be conducted as per BAI / WBBA rules.

iv)          Code of conduct will be strictly followed.

v)           Last Date of Entry Withdrawal is 13^th March, 2021 (Before 5 P.M.).

Note:  1)               Hooghly DBA to inform WBBA Office about receipt of Entry Fees on 13^th March, 2021 (Last date of withdrawal)

             2)                  Covid Protocols to be maintained during the Tournament.

           3)            Absentee List is enclosed.  Fine amount may please be sent to WBBA, which is a must,   before sending the entry.
