Sub:    Under-9/11 Years Age Group (Talent Hunt) Badminton Tournament to be organised by Jadavpur Association under West Calcutta Badminton Association affiliated to West Bengal Badminton Association from 6^th to 10^th September, 2022

Dear Sir,

We are pleased to inform you that “Jadavpur Association” under West Calcutta Badminton Association affiliated to West Bengal Badminton Association will be organising U-9/11 Years Age Group (Talent Hunt) Badminton Tournament in the Indoor Hall of Jadavpur Association,  16A, Central Road, Jadavpur, Kolkata - 700032 from 6^th September to 10^th September, 2022.

You are requested to send the entries to WBBA through Online Entry Portal only of the Registered Players of your District on or before 30^th August, 2022.  No Offline entries will be accepted.

Following Events will be organised:

The Entry Fees of Rs. 600/- for Singles may be transferred through online to “Jadavpur Association”, A/C. No. 0980101008474, IFSC Code No: CNRB0000980, Bank Name : Canara Bank, Jadavpur Branch OR by A/C. payee cheque / DD in the name of “Jadavpur Association” OR cash may be deposited in the office of WBBA from 12 Noon to 5 P.M. (Working days only).

 Please take care while sending the entries considering the following decisions:

1)        In the event of any withdrawal or non participation by a Player in any Previous Tournament, after draw is finalized and notified, the concerned player shall be compulsively required to pay Rs. 1000/- to the West Bengal Badminton Association before sending the entries.

2)        The Tournament will be conducted as per BAI/WBBA rules.

3)        An event with less than Six (6) entries will be cancelled.

4)        Code of conduct will be strictly followed.

5)        Last date of withdrawal is 31^ST AUGUST, 2022

6)      Yonex/Sunrise being our equipment Sponsor, no other Sports Manufacturing Company will be allowed to display banners or put up stall in the hall and also within 200 Mtr. of the venue.
