Please note that in the Tournament Committee Meeting held on 22nd April, 2016 it has been unanimously decided that players of Age Groups U-9/11/13/15/17/19 who have not yet submitted the new forms (available in BAI/WBBA website) along with Undertaking in Rs. 50/- Stamp Paper duly notarized, including the Birth Certificate, will not be able to participate in the next Jr. State Championship. It has also been decided that players whose age Certificates are incomplete in Senior Age Group also as per the latest format issued by BAI should also submit the same. We have informed this many a times vide our various circulars. It may also be noted that for getting BAI ID also the new form and the Undertaking is a must. Considering the serious importance of the matter, it has been decided that you may please check your records and submit the documents of the players latest by Tuesday the 7th June, 2016
