Sub : Entry Procedures for State level
Tournaments, All India Ranking Tournaments and
International Tournaments.
Dear All,
Inspite of our repeated circulars for sending
entries for our State Level Tournaments, All India ranking Tournaments and
International Tournaments, few districts are still sending entries in a
piecemeal manner on different dates and many a times just reforwarding entries
of the players concerned.
As decided and communicated earlier, you are
requested to send entries in composite manner in one mail /letter of your
district otherwise there is every possibility of missing entries which are
being sent in piecemeal manner for which WBBA will not be responsible.
We would like to again reiterate that timeline for
sending entries for National Level Tournaments is 48 hours before the last date
at BAI. Entries after the deadline will not be accepted , please appreciate as
we need time to check all the entries and forward the same within time- frame
to BAI.
