1)      The Draft Accounts for the year 2017-18 and the Annual Report for the year 2017-18 were unanimously                         passed. The President was authorised to fix the date and venue of the Annual General Meeting.

2)   As per the recommendation of the Coaching Committee, it was unanimously decided that the talented budding Boys & Girls of U-9/11/13/15 years from Districts should be properly groomed and trained and based on the Talent Hunt Camps, thereafter 20 Boys & 20 Girls in total from U-9/11/13/15 years Age Groups will be identified and thereafter groomed and trained in Residential Coaching Camps that may be held periodically by WBBA directly and thereafter will be sent to National Coaching Academies at Hyderabad and Bangalore in batches for advanced grooming.   Guardians will have to bear the To & Fro Railway Fare and other expenses will be borne by WBBA.  It has also been recommended that those Boys & Girls be  provided by WBBA :

            1.         T-Shirts          -           2 Nos.

           4.         Track Suit      -           1 No.
