Sub:      Under 9/11years Age Group (Talent Hunt) Badminton Tournament to be held in the Indoor Hall of Bingsha Satabdi Club, Dakshin Dinajpur from 18^th January to 22^nd January, 2023 Organised by:  Bingsha Satabdi Club under Dakshin Dinajpur D S A supported by West Bengal Badminton Association

Dear Sir,

We are pleased to inform you that Under-9/11 Years Age Group (Talent Hunt) Badminton Tournament will be held from 18^th January to 22^nd January, 2023 in the Indoor Hall of Bingsha Satabdi Club, Prachya Bharati Road, P.O: Balurghat, Dist: Dakshin Dinajpur - 733101 under Dakshin Dijanpur D S A supported by West Bengal Badminton Association.

You are requested to send the entries to W.B.B.A. through online Portal only of the registered players of your District on or before Thursday the12th January, 2023. No offline entries will be accepted.

Following Events will be organised:

The entry Fees of Rs.600/-for singles may be transferred through online to The ”Bingsha Satabdi Club”, Bank Name: The Dakshin Dinajpur District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd, Account No. 140100083146, IFSC CODE: WBSC0DDCB02 OR By A/C payee cheque/DD in the name of “BINGSHA SATABDI CLUB” OR Cash may be deposited in the office of W.B.B.A. from 12 Noon to 5 P.M. (Working days only)

Please take care while sending entries considering the following decisions:

1.      In the event of any withdrawal or non-participation by a Player in any previous Tournament after the draw is finalised and notified the concerned player shall be compulsively required to pay Rs.1000/- to the West Bengal Badminton Association before sending the entries.

2.      The tournament will be conducted as per BAI/WBBA rules

3.      An event with less than six (6) entries will be cancelled.

4.      Code of conduct will be strictly followed

5.      Last date of withdrawal is Friday the 13^th January 2023

6.      Yonex/Sunrise being our equipment sponsor, no other sports Manufacturing company will be allowed to display banners or put up stall in the hall and also within 200 Mtr. of the venue.
