Sub:       West Bengal Sub-Jr. & Jr. Doubles State Ranking Badminton Tournament – 2020 to be held in the Mini Indoor Stadium of Jalpaiguri Indoor Games Players’ Association, Jalpaiguri from 1^st to 4^th February, 2020

Organised by: Jalpaiguri Indoor Games Players’ Association under JDBA affiliated to West Bengal Badminton Association

                                    Prize Money: Rs. 1, 10,000/-

Dear Sir,

We are pleased to inform you that “West Bengal Sub – Jr. & Jr. Doubles State Ranking Badminton Tournament” will be held from 1^st February to 4^th February, 2020 in the Mini Indoor Stadium of JIGPA to be organized by Jalpaiguri Indoor Games Players’ Association UNDER JDBA affiliated West Bengal Badminton Association.

You are requested to send the entries along with entry fees of the Registered Players of your District with ID Number on or before  21^st January, 2020 (before 5 P.M.). Cheque / DD will be in the name of “JALPAIGURI INDOOR GAMES PLAYERS’ ASSOCIATION”.  Any Affiliated Unit desires to give the entry in person, can do so between 12 Noon to 5 P.M. (Monday to Saturday except holidays).

Following Events will be organised:

The Entry Fees: Rs. 800/- per event.

The Contact Persons on behalf of the Organiser’s side is Sri Sourav Paul (9434319128) & Sri Samiran Ghosh (9434725926).

Please take care while sending the entries considering the following decisions:

1)       Entry fee forwarded with wrong age group will stand forfeited and if the concerned Districts intend to change the age group to other appropriate group, additional Entry Fee has to be paid.  In the event of any withdrawal or non participation by a Player in any Tournament, after draw is finalized and notified, the concerned player shall be compulsively required to pay

Rs. 750/- to the Association before participating in the next Tournament.

2)        Non – Participation fees of the earlier tournaments as notified in the website should be sent along with the entry fees, which is a must as otherwise entry will not be considered.

3)         Districts forwarding names partnering players from other Districts should have NOC or otherwise names of same pair should come from both the districts, failing which the entry will not be considered and the entry fee will not be refunded.

4)        A Player cannot participate in more than two (2) events.

Please note the following:

1)         The Tournament Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry if incomplete.

2)         An event with less than Six (6) entries will be cancelled.

3)         The Tournament will be conducted as per BAI/WBBA rules.

4)         Code of conduct will be strictly followed.

5)         Last Date of receipt of NOC and Withdrawal is ­­ 23^rd January, 2020 (before 5 P.M.).
